Before You Start

Prepare your phone, device and charging cable. Keep Bluetooth enabled and allow the required App permissions.

Charge your device

Charge the watch, ring or smart glasses before the first pairing.

Enable Bluetooth

Turn on Bluetooth and keep the device near your phone.

Pairing process

Pair in a few minutes.

The same process applies across watches, rings and smart glasses: prepare the phone, scan from the App, confirm binding and wait for the first sync.

  • Install the compatible App from our official download page and log in.
  • Open device pairing page in the App.
  • Choose the device model from the list.
  • Confirm pairing and wait for data sync.

Troubleshooting

The most common problems, answered directly.

Device cannot be found

Check Bluetooth, keep the device near the phone and restart the App.

Data does not sync

Open the App, pull down to sync and confirm device battery level.

Notifications do not show

Allow phone permissions and enable notification access in App settings.

Battery drains fast

Reduce screen brightness, reminders and continuous monitoring frequency.

Account login issue

Check network and password. Use the reset flow or contact support.
