Device pairing, basic dashboards, daily records and online manuals stay free for supported devices. Premium features add deeper reports and guided content, but basic device use does not require a paid plan.
Where do I subscribe to Premium?
When Premium is available for an account, the App or checkout displays the plan, final price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms and payment channel before purchase.
Can I use the App without subscribing?
Yes. The App remains the control center for pairing, syncing data, device settings, reminders and basic records even when no paid membership is active.
What is the difference between Free and Premium?
Free covers the core device experience. Premium is for users who want advanced weekly and monthly reports, deeper sleep and workout insights, recovery content and personalized trend guidance.
Are Family / Pro features available for every device?
No. Family and care features depend on the product category, firmware, region and business agreement. Availability must be confirmed for the specific model and sales channel.
Can users cancel Premium membership?
