1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits. They can remember a choice, keep a service secure or help measure performance. Where an identifier can reasonably be linked to an individual, we handle it as personal data under our Privacy Policy.
2. Necessary storage
Necessary technology supports security, page delivery, form operation and your privacy choice. Our cookie-control component stores kingstarfit-cookie-consent in browser local storage with the value “accepted” or “rejected”. This prevents the banner from appearing on every page. Necessary storage cannot be switched off through the banner because the site needs it to remember the choice, but it can be deleted in browser settings.
3. Optional analytics
If analytics is configured for this website, Google Analytics is loaded only after “Accept optional cookies” is selected. It may process a truncated or anonymized IP address, browser and device information, approximate region, referral source, pages viewed and interaction events. We use aggregated results to understand performance and improve navigation. We do not ask analytics tools to receive wellness readings, passwords or full payment information.
4. Embedded and linked services
Pages may link to or embed services such as app stores, payment providers, videos or maps. A third party may set its own cookies when you open or interact with that service. Its privacy and cookie policy applies. A normal link does not by itself load the destination service.
5. Your controls
- Select Necessary only to prevent our optional analytics from loading.
- Select Accept optional cookies to permit optional analytics.
- Use Cookie Settings in the footer to reopen the choice panel.
- Use browser settings to block or delete cookies and local storage. Some site functions may then need to ask for preferences again.
Changing a choice affects future collection on this browser. It does not automatically delete aggregate statistics already produced or change choices on another browser or device.
6. Retention
The consent preference remains until browser storage is cleared or you change it. Analytics retention is configured to a limited period appropriate for trend analysis and is reviewed when analytics settings change.
